Blind Draw For Step-Off Times Held on October 2 In accordance with the USSBA Rule Book, the draw for seedings of the 2006 USSBA States Championships was held in the USSBA offices on Monday, October 2.
The blind draw was made for bands in each of twelve competitive groups (IA, I Open, IIA, II Open, IIIA, III Open, IVA, IV Open, V A, V Open, VI A and VI Open). While not all events have competing bands in each group, many of the events have grown to their strongest participation levels in the four-year history of the USSBA State Championship series.
